Super Tuesday: What to Expect

Mar 06

Dependent upon the outcome of several states (Tennessee and Oklahoma, specifically) there are several possible scenarios of expectations. If Newt Gingrich can pull off victories in his home state of Georgia and one of two other possible election day swing states, he most certainly will re-emerge (round 3) as a front-runner. Santorum will maintain his status as a second-tier candidate with little hope of pulling off the nomination, in any situation.

If Mitt Romney can win states in which he wouldn’t typically identify with voters (Massachusetts, Nevada), he will maintain his status as front-runner and solidify the inevitability of his nomination.

I, as a Newt fan ( #withNewt ), am anticipating the outcomes fervently. I’ll elaborate more when I have access to Dragon Dictation and cross-tabs of exit polls! :)
